AcustiX Soundtrack Strings offers a cohesive string ensemble experience, blending sections and divisi across the keyboard for seamless playability. The key-velocity controls the attack dynamics, while the mod wheel adjusts the volume dynamics, allowing for expressive performance across various dynamics. The sound character is designed to provide a warm, lyrical quality in softer passages and a bold, heroic presence in louder sections, avoiding the harshness often associated with traditional strings. The samples are multisampled for legato and include three alternating samples for staccato and marcato to prevent a mechanical sound. Natural looping is implemented for legato/sordino samples, ensuring smooth transitions in sustained passages.
